You can now create a custom domain for your Privacy Center in three simple steps!
How It Works:
1. Admin can fill out the custom domain form on the Privacy Center Setup page
2. You can then point your custom domain to Accountable at your Domain name provider
3. Your custom domain will be live within 24 hours
This new feature lays out the order of steps, task details, and individual timelines that will help you streamline the process of reaching compliance.
Each step within a playbook has clear directions, links to related features within Accountable or other helpful resources, and a due date for completion.
You can now do 2 additional tasks if you have sub-accounts with us!
1. Publish Documents- A document visible to sub-accounts is only able to be edited or deleted by Admins of the main account
2. Publish Company Trainings- A company training visible to sub-accounts is only able to be edited or deleted by Admins of the main account
We have made some improvements to our Incident Response feature! After receiving customer feedback these forms now include new fields for a Title and Category to choose from when filling out an Incident Response!
We have recently reorganized the sidebar menu inside our platform to make navigation more simplified for you!
Sidebar Changes:
1. Accounts and Company -> Settings
2. Data Breaches and Incident Response -> Security Monitoring
3. Documents -> Compliance
The employee details page previously listed all content related to an employee on a single page to scroll through. We have now added tabs to easily navigate between all of the relevant information you may need to see including: personal details, training, policy reviews, and data breaches!

You can now select a subcontractor role when inviting a new user or modify existing users' roles. A subcontractor has the same rights as an employee and can also complete a risk questionnaire!
