We have made an improvement to the incident reports inside your dashboard! You are now able to chat with other users in the Notes section at the bottom of the incident reports! 

Admins will now receive a monthly training report email for HIPAA, Security Awareness, and Company Training! The report will be sent on the 1st of every month or the following business day if the 1st falls on the weekend.

Admins now have more options to choose from when exporting a CSV file:

1. The last 12 months

2. The 3 previous calendar years (2022, 2021, & 2020)

Previously, the only way to sign a document inside of Accountable was to draw your signature. We have now introduced an option to leave your signature by typing it too!

Admins can now change the category of an uploaded policy!

• Pagination is introduced for the policies table
•  The table overview is the same for uploaded and customizable policies
• Admins can add or edit a framework (HIPAA or SOC2) to an uploaded policy
• Admins can view a logbook for an uploaded policy that tracks title changes and published status
• The policy flow is now 3 levels deep (Policies > Personnel > Code of Conduct Policy)
• Version control and the logbook are simplified.
• A logbook serves the purpose of retrieving previous versions of a policy. Although Admins cannot modify or publish an older version of a policy, it will display the version numbers detailing what previous changes were made. 
• Each version is displayed on an individual page, which informs the viewer about what changes have been made.
• Optimized design when viewing policies from tablets and mobile phones.

You can now create a custom domain for your Privacy Center in three simple steps!

How It Works:

1. Admin can fill out the custom domain form on the Privacy Center Setup page

2. You can then point your custom domain to Accountable at your Domain name provider

3. Your custom domain will be live within 24 hours

This new feature lays out the order of steps, task details, and individual timelines that will help you streamline the process of reaching compliance.

Each step within a playbook has clear directions, links to related features within Accountable or other helpful resources, and a due date for completion.

1. Publish Documents- A document visible to sub-accounts is only able to be edited or deleted by Admins of the main account

2. Publish Company Trainings- A company training visible to sub-accounts is only able to be edited or deleted by Admins of the main account 

We have made some improvements to our Incident Response feature! After receiving customer feedback these forms now include new fields for a Title and Category to choose from when filling out an Incident Response!
