We've been hard at work improving one of our most used features - Policies and Procedures. In the past month, three great improvements have been released that make it easier for you to get the most out of this feature. 

1. Individual Policy Download 📥 

Users can now download policies individually rather than automatically exporting all. You may still choose to export all - but you can also export them one by one, as needed. 

2. Improved Downloaded Policy Design 📄 

Now, when policies are downloaded, they feature the same style you are used to seeing in your browser. These downloaded policies are more professional and design-forward than ever before. 

3. Policy Logbook/Audit Trail Available for Download 🔎 

Admins can now choose to include the Logbook/Audit Trail with the download of any policy. This logbook allows admins to see all the activity that has occurred for that policy including who published the policy, what changes have been made to the policy, and what comments were left by which team members. Employees do not have access to this option.
